Shipping policy

Order processing Times:

After an order is placed it will take 1 to 3 business days to dispatch your order.

 

Shipping Times:

Orders being sent to Australia are expected to take 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.  Allow up to 3 weeks for delivery during the busy holiday season (in November and December).

 

Orders being sent to Asia are expected to take 10 to 20 business days to arrive.

 

Orders being sent to Europe and North America are expected to take 10 to 30 business days to arrive.

 

Orders being sent to the rest of the world should expect 20 to 40 business days to arrive.

 

Shipping Costs: 

Australia:

  • Orders under $75 will be charged $7 - flat rate
  • Orders over $75 will ship for free

Rest of the World: 

  • Flat rate $20 AUD shipping fee

Local Options:

  • If you are located in the suburb of Wooroloo, Western Australia there are pick up and delivery options available for you.  There is no charge for these options.  You also have the ability to pay with cash on pick up or delivery.  
  • A suitable time must be arranged for both involved.  
  • Delivery is only available once.  If you are not home or at the agreed meeting point, you will be required to pick up your order. 

Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns are available only to new, unused items.  
  • For example, if you purchase a candle and do not like the smell of it, you can return it and receive a full refund.  The candle must be in the same brand new condition in order to receive the refund. ( you cannot burn it and then decide you do not like it).
  • Customer is responsible for paying for return postage and packaging the item(s) in a safe manor.
  • Refunds will only be given when the item(s) are received by Sixth Spice in a new, undamaged. 

Changes to your Order:

If you would like to change something with your order, contact us as soon as possible.  We can only make changes before your order is shipped.  If your order has shipped already we are unable to make any changes.  You may wish to return your item(s) - please see the returns information above.

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.  We can only cancel your order before it has shipped.  If your order has shipped already we are unable to make a cancellation.  You may wish to return your item(s) - please see the returns information above.

Lost/damaged items:

If you suspect that your item has been lost in the mail, please email us at feelgood@sixthspice.com and we will look into the tracking information for you.

If your item arrives damaged please take photos of the packaging and item showing the damage and send them to feelgood@sixthspice.com.  We will make it right for you by sending a replacement and/or refunding you.  Depending on the circumstances.
